Hey, I was hoping to get this updated before we left, but packing and a new job were the culprits of my not doing so. Well to give you an update on what I've been up to... (I've also been trying to get this up since last Friday, but faulty dial-up and bad wireless connections haven't helped.)

I've gotten a new job finally. I've digressed to working with the local news paper company, so now I'm a carrier with some of my friends for whatever routes aren't covered in a third of the city. I like the pay, but the hours suck. >.> Up at 3am and done somewhere around 10am at the latest. I'm getting about $150 a week, but it's still rather painful, cause as many of you know, I'm a night person. Late night person... But, I digress, I'm at least making money now...

My folks and I are down in the states right now for a "pre" Peterson family reunion, it's been a long while since a lot of the family's been together at the same time so it'll be kewl to see every one. We were actually going to be leaving to be down here last Monday, but waited until Wednesday to leave because my brother Chris and his wife and son, who're moving back from Japan, came to visit for a couple days. It was great to see them , but it was also disturbing... Why? Well I'm sure a lot of you have heard about the bridge that collapsed in Minneapolis. If we'd have left earlier, we could've been near or on there around the time of the collapse. Thank God we weren't. Another one of my brothers, who lives down here in Minnesota, works in Minneapolis, luckily was forced to work late, and didn't get off at his regular time of around 5:30ish, and one of my uncles had been across the bridge just 10 minutes before it collapsed! ...Well we'll be down here for another couple weeks, though I'll try to do my best to get on whenever I can, though in the specific area that we're at we've only got dial-up. So I may have to resort to going to the library. >.<

I'm doing a bunch of art still while I'm gone, but won't be uploading anything, so I'll be bogged down with trying to scan, color, and post everything once I get back, but if you have any suggestions for things you'd like to see me draw, I'd be happy to hear them. No guarantees though.
